[VIDEO] Full Movie: Alfred Hitchock’s ‘Foreign Correspondent’, 1940

Just after “Rebecca” from the same year, Hitchcock tackles a WW2 related story, a spy movie “Foreign Correspondent”.


Not among the very best films of the director, there is nevertheless great scenes, a criminal running through umbrellas, windmills, a plane crashing into water…


Considered by a few as pure propaganda film (Hitler’s right arm Goebbels telling about the film “A masterpiece of propaganda, a first-class production which no doubt will make a certain impression upon the broad masses of the people in enemy countries.”)
